Question 1

What is RESUMINE?

Accepted Answer

RESUMINE is a career identity platform for candidates. Create one account, store your career once, share a public profile with private contact details, and generate ATS-ready resumes and CVs. It is not a job board. AI talent pooling — matching employers to candidates without job posts or applications — is in development.

Question 2

How do I create a resume or CV on RESUMINE?

Accepted Answer

Sign in, complete your career profile (work, education, skills, projects, and related sections), choose an ATS-ready template, and preview the layout. You can then share your public page or download a resume PDF or CV PDF. The same profile can produce a new resume or CV whenever your story changes.

Question 3

Are RESUMINE templates ATS friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RESUMINE ships 500 single-column ATS resume and CV layouts across 20 role categories and six visual styles. Standard headings such as Work Experience, Education, and Skills help parsers, matching engines, and screening tools read the page and the PDF.

Question 4

What is the difference between a resume and a CV?

Accepted Answer

A resume is usually a short, role-focused summary of work and skills. A CV (curriculum vitae) is often longer and includes education, publications, research, and honors. RESUMINE stores those sections in one career profile so you can generate either document.

Question 5

Is RESUMINE only a resume builder?

Accepted Answer

No. RESUMINE is a career identity platform. You create one candidate account, keep work history and skills in one profile, share a public page with private contact details, and generate ATS-ready resumes and CVs from that profile. Resume and CV documents are outputs of the profile — not the product itself. An AI talent-pooling engine is in development so employers can hire without job posts and candidates can be matched without applying.

Question 6

What do I get when I create a candidate account?

Accepted Answer

Every account can create and edit a resume, publish a personal resume page, share a public link, keep email and phone off that page, and store career data with encryption. RESUMINE does not send spam and does not sell personal information. You can also generate an AI career summary and an AI cover letter from the same profile, then download an ATS-ready resume or CV PDF when you need a file.

Question 7

How does the public career page work?

Accepted Answer

Your personal resume page is a shareable link at a RESUMINE URL. It can show your name, headline, work, education, skills, and other career sections you choose to keep. Email and phone stay private. People who want to reach you use Hire me, and the note is emailed to you instead of exposing your contact details.

Question 8

What is talent pooling, and is it live?

Accepted Answer

Talent pooling is an AI matching engine now in the building phase. It is designed so verified employers do not post jobs and candidates do not apply to listings. The engine will match from career profiles already on RESUMINE. It is not available yet. Creating an account today stores the profile that the pool is being built to serve — with a goal of 1 million candidate accounts.

Question 9

Do you sell my data or show ads?

Accepted Answer

No. RESUMINE does not sell personal information, does not send junk mail, and does not show ads on the product. Email, phone, and other private details stay off your public profile.

Question 10

Is RESUMINE available worldwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RESUMINE is a global platform. Career profiles, public pages, and ATS templates work from the same account wherever you are.

Question 11

How does RESUMINE keep personal information secure?

Accepted Answer

Public profile pages never show your email or phone. Recruiters use Hire me, and the note is emailed to you privately. Career records stay on your account.

Question 12

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Settings and request account deletion. That starts a 30-day hold so you can cancel if you change your mind. After review, an admin permanently removes your profile, career records, and public link.

Question 13

How do I contact RESUMINE support?

Accepted Answer

Open the Help page for product support and for payment or transaction questions. Email and phone are shown only after you choose to reveal them.
