Terms and Conditions

RESUMINE lets a candidate keep one career profile, share a public page, and generate a resume or CV. Email and phone stay off the public page. People who want to reach you use Hire me, and that note is sent to you privately.

PDF downloads require an active free trial or a paid pass. AI career summary and AI cover letter tools are part of the same account. Talent pooling is not available yet.

You must provide a reachable email or mobile number and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for the career information you enter. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission, and do not impersonate another person.

You can request account deletion from Settings. Deletion starts a 30-day hold so you can cancel the request. After that hold, an administrator permanently removes the profile, career records, and public link.

A pass is a one-time payment for a stated number of days of PDF downloads. It is not a subscription. We do not store a card for later charges, and we do not renew a pass when it ends.

The price, currency, and length are shown before you pay. A successful payment starts the pass immediately. You can buy another pass only after the current paid pass has ended. Refunds and the absence of a cancellation subscription are described on the Refund and Cancellation page.

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use the public page or Hire me to harass anyone.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

You keep ownership of the career information you submit. You give SoNova Technologies permission to store and display that information as needed to run your account, your public page, and the documents you generate.

The RESUMINE name, logo, templates, and software belong to SoNova Technologies. You may download and use the resume or CV you generate for your own job search.

We work to keep RESUMINE available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Career documents are tools you review before you send them. We are not responsible for hiring decisions or for how a third party uses a page you chose to share.

To the extent the law allows, SoNova Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
