Refund and Cancellation

RESUMINE sells one-time download passes. There is no subscription to cancel, and a pass does not renew.

Cancellation

A pass is a single payment for a fixed period: 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. SoNova Technologies does not bill you again when that period ends.

You do not need to cancel a pass to avoid a future charge. Access to PDF downloads ends when the period ends. You can keep using the free profile and public page. Buying another pass is optional, and only after the current paid pass has expired.

You can stop using RESUMINE at any time. Account deletion is separate and is requested from Settings, with a 30-day hold before the account is removed. Deleting an account does not by itself refund a pass that was already activated.

When a refund is available

A successful payment activates the pass immediately. PDF download access is a digital service that starts at that moment. A completed purchase is not refunded once the pass is active.

Contact payment support and we will review a refund when:

  • You were charged and the pass was not activated.
  • You were charged more than once for the same pass.
  • A payment shows as successful but checkout failed before access was granted.

The free 3-day trial has no charge. A failed or abandoned checkout is not a completed payment and is not refunded because nothing was collected.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sonovatechnologies.com from the address on your RESUMINE account. Include the date of payment and the pass name if you have them. You can also start from the Help page.

If we approve a refund, we send the amount back to the original payment method through our payment provider. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
