Privacy Policy

SoNova Technologies operates RESUMINE. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide: name, email, mobile number, and region.
  • Career profile details you choose to enter, such as work, education, skills, projects, and a profile photo.
  • Sign-in records, including one-time codes sent to your email or WhatsApp.
  • Payment records for a pass: amount, currency, status, and a provider reference. Card or bank details are collected by our payment provider, not stored by RESUMINE.
  • Messages you send to support, and Hire me notes sent to a candidate.

How we use it

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To show your career profile, public page, and generated documents.
  • To process a one-time pass and show payment history on your account.
  • To send service messages, such as sign-in codes and Hire me notes. We do not send marketing spam.
  • To review payment issues, deletion requests, and abuse reports.

What stays private

Your public page can show the career sections you keep on it. Email and phone are not placed on that page. Hire me delivers a note to you instead of publishing your contact details.

We do not sell personal information. We do not show ads. We do not share your profile with advertisers or data brokers.

Payments

Checkout is handled by our payment provider. The provider receives the details needed to take the payment and, when we approve one, to send a refund to the original method. We keep the transaction record so we can activate the pass and answer billing questions.

How long we keep it

We keep account and career data while the account is open. A deletion request from Settings starts a 30-day hold. You can cancel during that hold. After review, we permanently remove the profile, career records, and public link.

We may keep a limited payment or deletion record where we need it for accounting, fraud checks, or a legal obligation.
